Danielle Lindberg, LCSW, LICSW

She/Her

Hello!

I’m glad that you’re here!

My name is Danielle (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Dakota and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota. I have experience in working within a variety of settings— intensive home-based residential, residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, crisis centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, university counseling centers, and outpatient medical clinics— and with a variety of populations and presenting concerns.

My specialties include working with trauma; anxiety and depression; college/university students (both undergraduate and graduate); and individuals with historically racialized and oppressed identities.

I approach therapy from a relational psychodynamic and gestalt lens and recognize the importance that the therapeutic relationship has with regards to individual growth and healing. I strive to create a supportive, affirming, and empathetic environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

At Mindful River Psychotherapy I commit to remaining aware of ways that intersectionality and your various social identities— both hidden and observable— can affect your experience of therapy, our therapeutic relationship, and your greater experience of the world.

Outside of being a therapist,
