You can request an appointment by submitting this form, calling me at (701) 543-5836, or emailing me at danielle@mindfulriverpsychotherapy.com. While I use an encrypted email service, the form and email are not considered secure forms of communication, so please do not provide confidential information.
After receiving your request, I will give you a call (approximately 10 minutes) within 1-2 business days to hear a little about your needs/concerns and to ensure we are a good fit. If we determine that you may be better served by a different provider, then I am happy to provide you with additional resources in the community.
Established clients may schedule appointments via the client portal.
If this is an emergency, please go to your nearest Emergency Department, Prairie St. Johns, or call “9-1-1.” For additional 24/7 crisis resources, refer to the Resources tab.
Inclement Weather Statement
Your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled for inclement weather at no penalty to you. Please call 701-543-5836 or use the client portal to cancel and reschedule.
The decision to close my office is made in conjunction with other businesses and schools in the Fargo-Moorhead area as well as NDDOT. If I decide to close my office, then I will reach out to you as soon as possible via secure messaging provided in the client portal to notify you of this decision and to work together to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you.

You can park across the street from the building in the North lot.
For appointments during normally scheduled business hours (M-F 8-4pm), please wait in the lobby and I will come and get you at your appointment time. The lobby is located around the corner from my office. From the stairs / elevator, walk straight down the hallway past my office door and take a left until you reach a small corridor with windows and chairs. Please keep your voices down out of respect of nearby offices.
NOTE: Restrooms for those who identify as female are located on odd numbered floors (1, 3) and restrooms for those who identify as male are located on even numbered floors (2, 4).
